About 400 Austrian exhibitors presented their tourism offer to approximately 400 international buyers from 36 countries. This makes the ATB 2020 not only the largest tourism trade fair in the country, but also a fixture for local tourism professionals who ensure their company and offer the greatest possible attention of an interested professional audience.

Meeting point: Tourism in Austria

From Monday to Wednesday, the ATB is an exclusive tourist marketplace, where exhibitors with bookable offers meet with negotiated buyers. In addition, the fair is also an inspirational initiator and a popular meeting place for the tourism industry - an ideal platform for guests from Austria and abroad to make new contacts, initiate business or deepen existing customer relationships even further.


Program

For the first time in 2020 will the ATB take place as one part of the Österreichischen Tourismustage and therefore will be complemented with top-class speakers and diskussions at the Wissenscampus. The Österreichischen Tourismustage will be the meeting point for the Austrian tourism branch.

After the pretours for the international buyers the Opening Evening in the Vienna Town Hall and in cooperation with the Vienna Tourist Board will offer a magnificent ambience for the first encounters of all participants of ATB.

During the sales talks of buyers and exhibitors at ATB, experts will discuss nutrition, sustainability, touristic cooperations and future trends at the Wissenscampus. The participants of the ATB kann participate at the Wissenscampus at any time (please note that the discussions will be held in German). The participants of the ATB as well as of the Wissenscampus can attend and choose between three hospitality suites as the Austrian National Tourist Office, the Tirol Tourist Board and the Carinthia Tourist Board will be the hosts of these evenings.

After the sales talks on the second day of the fair the international buyers can spend two days on the posttours in the Austrian provinces.
