The Taste of Vienna
In 1898 Josef Manner created the Neapolitaner: a five-layer hazelnut cream-filled wafer cookie, wrapped in single-serve foil and accessible to all. His extraordinary wafer perfectly captured the taste and spirit of his time.
The family-run business since 1890, still uses Josef’s secret recipe today to perserve the great „Manner taste“. All Manner wafers are produced in the original Vienna bakery tot he highest standard, with the very best in-house roasted cocoa beans and spring water from the Austrian Alps.

Motto Group
The Motto Group is pleased to offer students from the module an insight into the "real" gastronomy within the framework of ATB 2023 in Hall X4 of the Austria Center Vienna. It is a matter of concern for us to bring young people closer to the gastronomy and thus to raise the attractiveness for jobs in this industry.
Motto promotes young people who, with their enthusiasm and passion, support the Austrian Tourism Days every year.

Wald4Leben
Forest4Life - Trees for the Future "The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The next best time is NOW."
Wald4Leben - a climate protection company from the Waldviertel region, has made it its mission to reforest forest areas in the Waldviertel region that have been destroyed by the bark beetle, in the name of sustainability and the preservation of natural resources. Wald4Leben focuses on mixed forests. The reforestation areas are professionally managed by Wald4Leben's trained forestry staff, with great emphasis on biodiversity, i.e. the richness of life forms, species and ecosystems. The trees planted come from regional tree nurseries and are looked after by Wald4Leben for 10 years after planting.
In this way, Österreich Werbung also gets involved and has one tree planted in the Waldviertel for every passenger.
